I bought this CC cream after hearing good reviews about it and I decided to pick it up last week, I got shade 32 - light beige and this is a great shade for anyone with a yellow undertone (like me) but it was darker than I expected so I might try the lightest shade next time, hopefully this will have a yellow tone in it as well! I expected the coverage to be very light but it's actually really good at covering redness and blemishes , though it doesn't quite stretch to covering my dark circles!
I've tried applying it with my fingers, a brush and a sponge and for me the sponge has worked best because it makes the product look so even and flawless and helps to dull down the colour a bit so it matches my skin tone better. The coverage is great whichever way it's applied, it's probably a medium but could easily be built up to full and it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I have combination skin and my T-zone gets very oily so I wasn't sure how this formula would sit on my skin because it does say it's 24 hour hydration but it hasn't made me excessively oily, I just set it with a powder and it mostly stays in place and I tend to blot my face with a tissue if I start to gleam!
It also has SPF 15 in it which is always a bonus as we don't want our skin to age or get damaged and traditional sun cream doesn't always feel so great on your face so make sure you're buying face products with SPF in them!
